GIGABYTE HW OC 1.6

GIGABYTE HW OC enables users to overclock or monitor their computer using an iOS device.

Requirements:

1. GIGABYTE HW OC for iOS is compatible with PCs utilizing a GIGABYTE motherboard.

A. Before You Begin

1. Install GIGABYTE HW OC on your iOS device.
2. Connect your USB charging cable to the white USB port on the motherboard back panel and your iOS device.
3. For the GA-Z170x-SOC Force motherboard, press the OCPSW button on the motherboard back panel. For GA-Z170X-Gaming G1 & GT motherboards, install the GIGABYTE HW OC APP in Windows version.

B. Using GIGABYTE HW OC

1. Once the computer is powered on, activate Personal Hotspot on your iOS device (Settings > Personal Hotspot) choosing USB Only.
2. Upon enabling Personal Hotspot, a notification reading "Personal Hotspot: 1 Connection" will appear at the top of your screen. Additionally, the FBIOS_LED beside the white USB port on the motherboard back panel will illuminate, signifying a successful connection between your computer and iOS device.
3. Open the GIGABYTE HW OC app on your iOS device to adjust overclock/overvoltage options through the Advanced CPU OC menu or monitor hardware through the Hardware Monitor menu after a brief moment.
